"It’s still…not enough, huh?” she mumbled aloud, a bitter smile pulling at the corners of her lips. No matter what, it was never going to be enough. Today, she had ventured to the west district of a familiar town far away from this place in hopes of finding just one more temporal anomaly dwelling there than normal to sate her soul’s addiction. As it turned out, unfortunately, the amount that she had found was still not enough.
However many of these awful things she anticipated it would take to fully cleanse each contamination, she was always wrong.
It just refused to completely go away.
Tired eyes gazing down on the colorfully lit city below, Homura crushed the dark little seed effortlessly between her fingers and watched the sparkling dust gather and sail away on the wind.
