"She was busy and I owe her a--favor." Homura replied flatly, seeing no reason to mention anything more than what was necessary. "I was told to keep an eye on you in her absence and that is what I am going to do."
“So she sent over a babysitter. I don’t need one, so scram brat.”
“You’re only thinking about your orders. It’ll just be an annoyance in my end.”
No one ever asks about him. They just do things to please themselves or other. It was irritating. The last thing he wanted was to be watched over like some rapid animal. His larger hand took hold of her wrist prying her hand off his shirt. Leaning back he stared at the smaller girl, clearly angered by the turn of events.
Homura yelped as Sasuke forcefully removed her hands and stumbled back, alarm, anger and something else mysterious burning in her lavender eyes. Sasuke was twice her size, but that would not stop her from getting rough if she needed to be.
“It’s true that my orders are my only concern,” she admitted. Her gaze never left him as she slowly stood and and smoothed her clothes. Her hand felt through her pockets until her fingers touched the ends of a thin, pink ribbon.
Knowing it was there made her feel relieved…
“Sasuke Uchiha,” Homura’s face was veiled with indifference once again as she tossed her long, silky dark hair over her shoulders with an elegant flip of her hand. Her voice was cold and devoid of emotion, but her words were only the truth. “I did not come here to bother you. I am only here on the whim of a close friend. If you cannot accept my presence here for my own reasons, then perhaps it might be better to try and accept them because of Haruno-san’s concern for your well-being.”
